Job Overview
- Maintain and update HubSpot CRM pipelines, contact records, and deal stages.
- Build, optimize, and monitor HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation for marketing and sales processes.
- Organize, tag, and segment leads to improve outreach and reporting accuracy.
- Generate and maintain HubSpot dashboards to track key performance metrics and campaign results.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive and CEO to identify workflow gaps and enhance lead management efficiency.
- Assist with related backend tasks such as file organization, vendor coordination, and general administrative work.
- Conduct regular database cleanups to ensure consistent and accurate records.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to implement CRM best practices and support business objectives.
Hard Requirements:
- Minimum 2β3 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM (not just training or certification-based).
- Proven experience setting up automation, sequences, and workflows within HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, sales pipelines, and marketing operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling administrative tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM - 1PM Pacific Standard Time Zone
