URGENT: Part-Time Real Estate Listing & Transaction Coordinator (US real estate experience is required)

Job Overview

  • Prepare, process, and manage all new property listings from initial signing through activation.
  • Coordinate photography, staging, signage, MLS input, and marketing collateral for each listing.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant listing documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing updates on showings, feedback, and market activity.
  • Schedule and confirm showings, open houses, and property tours.
  • Maintain strong, professional, and empathetic communication to support client satisfaction.
  • Track and manage offers, prepare summaries for the agent, and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Once an offer is accepted, oversee all transaction milestones: lender communications, attorney/escrow coordination, inspections, appraisals, and title work.
  • Monitor timelines to ensure all contractual deadlines are met, proactively flagging issues.
  • Keep sellers informed throughout the closing process.
  • Assist in preparing and executing marketing campaigns (online listings, flyers, social media, email outreach).
  • Track engagement and ensure consistent property promotion until the deal closes.
  • Maintain post-sale follow-up and client relationship management to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Hard Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate support, ideally in a listing or transaction coordinator role.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate sales process, from listing to closing.
  • Familiarity with MLS systems, CRMs, and transaction management platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple active listings at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and client-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with sellers, buyers, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve them quickly.

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9AM–1PM US Eastern Standard Time
