Job Overview
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to real estate leads provided through the CRM.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria (buying, selling, or leasing intent).
- Schedule high-quality appointments for agents, prioritizing lead quality over call volume.
- Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and appointments in the CRM.
- Follow provided scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and SOPs.
- Maintain consistent daily outreach aligned with performance goals.
- Communicate appointment details clearly to agents and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Hard Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate cold calling or appointment setting.
- Proven ability to book qualified real estate appointments (residential and/or commercial).
- Strong, confident phone presence with clear and professional communication.
- Experience working with CRMs and lead management tools (real estate CRM experience preferred).
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a fixed schedule aligned with Pacific Time.
- Comfortable working with performance targets and output-based metrics.
- High level of reliability, consistency, and coachability.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM–5PM US Pacific Standard Time
