Job Overview
- Conduct online research to support business decisions, market analysis, and internal projects.
- Assist with data gathering, basic data analysis, and organizing findings into clear summaries or spreadsheets.
- Manage and follow up on email communications and internal messages as directed.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
- Organize documents, notes, and shared files for easy access and reference.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and progress using productivity and task management tools.
- Provide general support to leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
Hard Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to conduct independent online research and summarize findings clearly.
- Basic data analysis skills using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently.
Schedule:
- 25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM–2PM US Eastern Standard Time
