Job Overview
- Establish and document operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Organize and centralize business documentation, processes, and internal knowledge
- Support leadership with project coordination, task tracking, and execution follow-through
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations and departments
- Coordinate with internal team members (sales reps, CSRs, operations staff) to ensure alignment and accountability
- Help structure communication, meetings, and reporting across teams
- Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure operational consistency
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
- Assist with virtual meeting coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, responsibilities, and systems as the business scales
Hard Requirements:
- 2β3+ years of experience in operations management, executive assistance, or project coordination
- Proven experience building systems and SOPs from scratch in a growing or unstructured business
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities across teams and locations
- Proficiency with common business tools (Google Workspace, project management tools, communication platforms)
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00AM - 6:00PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
