Job Overview

The Marketing Execution Specialist is responsible for executing high-quality marketing campaigns while producing in-house design assets that adhere to the company’s brand guidelines. This role is execution-focused, combining campaign deployment, design production, and operational support. The specialist ensures that marketing initiatives are delivered consistently, accurately, and on time, across multiple platforms. 

Key Responsibilities


Marketing Execution
  • Build, format, and send email campaigns using Mailchimp or other CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign experience is a plus, not required).
  • Create and maintain email templates and manage campaign calendars and timelines.
  • Support event marketing initiatives, including invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Repurpose marketing content across channels (email, social, events, etc.) while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed cleanly, accurately, and on schedule.
Design Execution
  • Create marketing assets including emails, event graphics, social posts, and collateral using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Work strictly within the existing brand guide, adhering to logos, colors, fonts, and layout rules.
  • Prepare professional-ready assets that are clean, visually consistent, and deployment-ready.
  • Execute designs efficiently, focusing on quality, speed, and brand alignment without overcomplicating.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong execution skills; able to deliver marketing campaigns and design assets reliably and on time.
  • Comfortable owning both marketing deployment and design production tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, able to follow templates, systems, and direction without friction.
  • Experienced with CRM platforms (back-end familiarity) and marketing automation tools.
  • Portfolio demonstrates high-quality design work, tasteful execution, and alignment with brand standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proficiency in Mailchimp or equivalent email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with text-based marketing platforms a plus.
  • Strong Canva skills; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (campaign execution, automation workflows, not just data entry).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling campaign calendars and multiple projects.
  • Ability to create clean, professional marketing assets that follow established brand guidelines.
