Job Overview

  • Handle inbound calls from members and prospects in both English and Spanish
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing members to convert leads and renew memberships
  • Respond to and manage member and prospect emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Clearly explain membership benefits, pricing, and next steps to drive conversions
  • Update and maintain accurate member records and call notes in the designated system
  • Follow established scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines while maintaining a conversational tone
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to escalate issues or follow up on member requests

Hard Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a customer service or sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to convert, upsell, or renew memberships, subscriptions, or services
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable working Monday–Friday during assigned business hours
  • Ability to handle objection-based conversations professionally and confidently
  • Reliable high-speed internet, headset, and a quiet, professional remote work environment

Schedule:

  • 30 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9AM–3PM US Eastern Standard Time
