Job Overview
- Handle inbound calls from members and prospects in both English and Spanish
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing members to convert leads and renew memberships
- Respond to and manage member and prospect emails in a timely and professional manner
- Clearly explain membership benefits, pricing, and next steps to drive conversions
- Update and maintain accurate member records and call notes in the designated system
- Follow established scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines while maintaining a conversational tone
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to escalate issues or follow up on member requests
Hard Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proven experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a customer service or sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to convert, upsell, or renew memberships, subscriptions, or services
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable working Monday–Friday during assigned business hours
- Ability to handle objection-based conversations professionally and confidently
- Reliable high-speed internet, headset, and a quiet, professional remote work environment
Schedule:
- 30 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM–3PM US Eastern Standard Time
