Job Overview
- Monitor and manage orders after they have been entered
- Track pending, delayed, or incomplete orders
- Update order statuses and notes within the ERP system
- Coordinate internally to resolve order-related issues
- Ensure documentation and system records are accurate and current
Hard Requirements:
- Prior experience in order management or operations support
- Familiarity with ERP or order tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM–6PM US Eastern Standard Time
