Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dialer to join our team. The Dialer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers using an automated dialing system. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, maintain professionalism, and be able to handle high call volumes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads while maintaining a warm and professional approach.
  • Appointment Setting & Follow-ups: Schedule meetings for team members and follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.
  • Sales & Client Engagement: Sell staffing direct-hire and staff augmentation services, clearly communicating value and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • CRM & Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system to ensure streamlined communication and organized follow-ups.
  • Customer Support & Product Assistance: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing support for products and services while resolving concerns effectively.
  • Market Research & Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and insights to provide relevant information to potential clients.
  • Compliance & Call Guidelines: Follow scripts and company policies while adhering to industry regulations regarding outbound calls.
  • Performance & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed call, sales, and revenue targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Expand professional connections through networking events, associations, and social media platforms.
  • Training & Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Excellent English Proficiency: Strong spoken and written English skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Sales & Customer Service Experience: 2-3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center roles targeting US companies. Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Competitive & Goal-Oriented: Tenacious sales attitude, persistence in making high-volume outbound calls, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Service-Oriented & Relationship Building: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport, establish relationships, and provide a positive experience for potential clients.
  • Communication & Listening Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to effectively engage prospects and address their needs.
  • Organizational & Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy & CRM Knowledge: Comfortable using automated dialing systems, CRM software, and other communication tools.
  • Problem-Solving & Initiative: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Patience and the ability to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
  • Education & Leadership: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required); previous experience managing junior sales teammates is a plus.
