Job Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned facility group clients.
- Manage and schedule pest control service requests.
- Ensure all required documents are submitted and approved before job completion.
- Monitor job status from scheduling through completion, providing timely updates.
- Prepare after-visit summaries and service recommendations as needed.
- Assist with invoicing and ensure client payments are received on time.
- Coordinate subcontracted pest control jobs:
- Create and manage work orders
- Track job progress from start to finish
- Collect and process subcontractor invoices for payment
- Maintain accurate records in the service tracking system.
- Support the CSR Manager with reporting and client communication as required.
Hard Requirements:
- Minimum 2β3 years of experience in customer service, operations coordination, or administrative support
- Experience in service-based industries (e.g., pest control, maintenance, facilities management, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail, especially in documentation and job tracking
- Experience managing schedules, service requests, and work orders
- Familiarity with invoicing processes and payment follow-ups
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems, service tracking tools, and basic office applications
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 8AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
- Should be open to work during weekends and open to have weekdays off
