The Senior Lead / Manager, Professional Services manages and develops our Abas Professional Services team while supporting Forterro’s cloud strategy and modern delivery approach. This role is delivery-driven: you will build delivery capacity, strengthen team capabilities, drive version adoption, and ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across customer projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of consultants
- Manage staffing, capacities, and utilization to meet project demand
- Own recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of team members
- Improve and standardize delivery processes, supporting cloud readiness and scalable execution
- Enable customer cloud journeys and ensure high version adoption
- Collaborate closely with Services Leadership, Project Managers, Sales, Cloud Ops, and global delivery teams
- Act as Success Manager for assigned customers
- Contribute delivery expertise during pre‑sales and in project steering committees
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of demonstrated people‑leadership experience within a professional services organization
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities
- Experience in project delivery, resource allocation, and process improvement
- Firm understanding of cloud transformation and modernized ERP delivery models
- Excellent communication, structured working style, and customer‑centric mindset
- Background in computer science or business administration
- Experience with manufacturing industry processes (preferred)
