eBay Specialist (eBay experience is required)

Job Overview

  • Launch, manage, and scale eBay stores for PartsBlue and MTX
  • Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and conversion structure
  • Manage eBay Promoted Listings and advertising campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics including impressions, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify pricing trends, opportunities, and market positioning
  • Improve seller account health, ratings, and compliance with marketplace policies
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase overall sales volume and profitability
  • Manage and optimize large-scale product catalogs (including bulk uploads and data handling for 500,000+ SKUs)
  • Work with automotive parts data to ensure accuracy, categorization, and listing optimization
  • Provide weekly performance reports covering growth, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategy, promotions, and inventory alignment
  • Support Amazon marketplace operations when required

Hard Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing eBay stores or marketplace operations
  • Proven success in growing eBay sales, preferably in the automotive parts or aftermarket industry
  • Strong experience with eBay SEO, listing optimization, and conversion improvement strategies
  • Hands-on experience managing eBay Promoted Listings / advertising campaigns
  • Experience handling large product catalogs (100,000+ SKUs preferred; 500,000+ is a strong plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketplace data and performance metrics
  • Experience with bulk product uploads, data feeds, and inventory management systems
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy and competitor benchmarking
  • Knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large-scale product data accurately
  • Results-driven mindset focused on revenue growth and marketplace expansion
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
