Job Overview
Purpose of the Role
To provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations of the company, ensuring efficient logistics services, business growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the company's daily operations and overall business performance.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
· Oversee logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain activities.
· Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Lead, develop, and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
· Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
· Drive business development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain industry.
· Strong knowledge of logistics operations, financial management, and business strategy.
· Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems is an advantage
