About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join an established in-house talent team on an initial 4-month contract, with strong potential to extend for the right person. This is an exciting opportunity to work embedded within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, supporting a busy team across approximately 40 open roles.
You'll be working alongside a talented and well-regarded recruitment team, playing a key role in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and delivering high-quality hires across the business.
Key Details
Working Pattern: Hybrid – typically 4 days in office, 1 day remote
Contract Length: Initial 4 months, with potential to extend
Start Date Immediate
Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata)
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting a high-volume hiring pipeline across ~40 open roles
Leading proactive sourcing, outreach, and headhunting for specialist roles including:
Medical Writers
Medical Copywriters
Additional roles across the business as required
Partnering closely with the Head of Recruitment and Senior Talent Partners to deliver against hiring priorities
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing through to offer
Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines within the healthcare and life sciences space
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✅ Proven healthcare Non clinical recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
✅ A solid understanding of healthcare and life sciences hiring — non-clinical, commercial, and specialist roles (not shift-based nursing)
✅ A proactive, headhunting-led approach to sourcing
✅ The ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Agency recruiters with relevant healthcare experience are welcome to apply
