Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Procurement Coordinator to join the team in Krakow. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of procurement best practices, strengthen strategic vendor relationships, and support the delivery of key business goals.

You’ll work alongside a team of Procurement Managers, Supplier Relationship Manager, and the wider Vendor Management group to drive commercial performance through robust processes, meaningful reporting, and effective supplier governance. You’ll help ensure strong contract visibility, consistent compliance, and smooth planning — all while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience working in a Procurement team, ideally within a large or complex organisation

  • A comfortable relationship with technology and data, capable of producing accurate reports and engaging dashboards

  • Demonstrated success in process improvement, streamlining operations, or enhancing reporting accuracy

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging with multiple teams and external partners

  • A team-oriented approach, able to collaborate effectively across departments and geographies

Nice to have: Experience in the financial services sector or familiarity with regulated business environments would be an advantage.
