IT Governance Coordinator

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the engine behind our IT governance, vendor coordination, and project support. From tracking project actions and managing vendor check-ins to keeping our governance deliverables on point, you’ll be central to making things happen.

Typically, in this role you will:

• Support IT projects with documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Coordinate vendor meetings and maintaining resource planning data
• Track compliance obligations and governance activities
• Provide proactive admin support to the IT team and senior leaders
• Manage calendars, communications, and sensitive data with precision
