About the Role

The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate with the People team to support the strategic goals and initiatives in EMEA, with a focus on employee relations, workplace culture, and benefits administration. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of HR operations in the UK and Ireland, including policy implementation, employee communications, fostering a high-performing culture, managing benefits programs, and providing support to the broader People function.

Responsibilities

  • Foster positive employee relations across the organization by maintaining a constructive employer-employee dynamic
  • Own and manage all communications and documentation required for legal and compliance regulations
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure proper documentation and adherence to procedures
  • Oversee office schedule and PTO requests, ensuring alignment with the company’s PTO policy
  • Manage the complete performance management cycle, including probationary reviews and performance improvement plans
  • Develop, update, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify trends
  • Promote organizational alignment and collaboration, driving synergy through consistent messaging and shared processes
  • Support change management initiatives as the company scales during periods of growth
  • Leverage data to measure impact, identify trends, and implement proactive strategies that support business goals
  • Provide cross-functional support as needed, including collaboration with IT and Talent Acquisition teams
  • This role will be based in London and will require in-office presence at least three days per week, with flexibility to increase as business needs dictate

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related fields

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrate competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations, employee engagement, and change management
  • Able to thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward

  • Creative, flexible, well organized, resourceful, and detail oriented
  • Excellent judgment in handling confidential, legal, or sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks with a high level of efficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
