Job Overview
- Design business related templates and marketing communications for internal and external audiences which includes but is not limited to: PowerPoint presentations, whitepapers, multipage reports, email blasts and landing pages via Hubspot, social media imagery, infographics, office branding and signage
- Develop and implement brand and office guidelines
- Create and produce marketing communications (print, digital and video) pieces for a wide variety of internal clients
- Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion
- Design all event collateral, signage, presentations, and giveaways for internal and external events β both in person, virtual and hybrid; maintain a quality check on all pieces
- Assist in online platform redesigns, including intranet websites and custom landing page layouts.
- Develop support materials for executive leadership messaging
- Work with our design team around the development and management of our global brand
- Collaborate with creative team, internal teams to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels
- Stay current on industry trends
- Create engaging graphics for internal and external social channels
- Handle all graphics work for video
- Act as a guiding resource for designers on product marketing teams
