Job Overview

The MSP Programme Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our managed workforce recruitment programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to the success of our MSP initiatives.

  • Manage relationships with local hiring managers and oversee their temporary recruitment requests
  • Conduct vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers to understand their requirements
  • Brief third-party suppliers and screen incoming CVs for suitable candidates
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the onboarding process
  • Oversee contractor management activities and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Monitor and maintain information regarding recruitment agency performance
  • Manage local relations with clients and agencies, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Check, upload, and track invoices and approvals for payment
  • Monitor the achievement of local service level agreements
  • Provide statistical analysis support and generate periodic programme status reports
  • Identify opportunities for programme expansion and cross-selling within existing clients
  • Collaborate with the Programme Manager to improve processes and drive programme success
