The MSP Programme Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our managed workforce recruitment programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to the success of our MSP initiatives.
- Manage relationships with local hiring managers and oversee their temporary recruitment requests
- Conduct vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers to understand their requirements
- Brief third-party suppliers and screen incoming CVs for suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the onboarding process
- Oversee contractor management activities and ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor and maintain information regarding recruitment agency performance
- Manage local relations with clients and agencies, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Check, upload, and track invoices and approvals for payment
- Monitor the achievement of local service level agreements
- Provide statistical analysis support and generate periodic programme status reports
- Identify opportunities for programme expansion and cross-selling within existing clients
- Collaborate with the Programme Manager to improve processes and drive programme success
