Role Overview
You will play a key role in lead generation and client outreach, helping identify, contact, and follow up with local businesses that align with the company’s target market. This position is ideal for someone with strong written communication skills and the ability to personalize and manage email campaigns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and execute email outreach campaigns using provided scripts and
templates.
● Personalize emails for each business based on provided target lists.
● Track outreach progress and responses in a simple CRM or Google Sheet.
● Handle follow-up emails professionally and on schedule.
● Research and identify new potential businesses or industries for future outreach.
● Maintain a consistent, organized workflow and communication log.
● Report weekly on outreach progress, response rates, and potential leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or Outreach Coordinator.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with email management, CRM systems, or outreach tracking tools.
- Comfortable working independently and managing small-scale campaigns.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive communicator.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn tools (Google Workspace, email automation, spreadsheets).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in lead generation, client prospecting, or B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with creative industries (photography, media, video production, etc.).
- Ability to conduct light research and personalize messages for specific businesses.
- Willingness to assist with future voice-based outreach or client follow-up calls.
