We are a staffing agency recruiting on behalf of a newly launching healthcare business seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to act as a true right-hand support to the founder.
This is a dynamic role combining administration, outreach, and light marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow with a business from an early stage. You will play a key role in supporting operations, organizing priorities, and helping drive early growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track key administrative tasks, including contracts and documentation
- Conduct research and build targeted contact lists (e.g., healthcare facilities and decision-makers)
- Perform outreach via phone and email to introduce services and support business development efforts
- Assist with social media management and basic marketing activities
- Organize workflows and provide daily task tracking and follow-ups
- Support scheduling, coordination, and general executive assistant duties
- Help prioritize tasks and ensure key deadlines are met
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with outreach (calls and emails) and professional communication
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, medical administration, or related fields
- Experience with research and lead generation
- Familiarity with social media management
- Experience supporting startups or small businesses
- Prior remote work experience
