About the Role:

We are a staffing agency recruiting on behalf of a growing otolaryngology (ENT) clinicseeking a data-driven Marketing Assistant to lead and execute marketing initiatives.

This role combines analytics, campaign management, and video content creation, with a strong focus on driving patient acquisition and increasing hearing aid sales. You will play a key role in building an engaging online presence while delivering measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Develop and run targeted campaigns to increase hearing aid inquiries and sales
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
  • Create, edit, and publish video content for social media and marketing use
  • Build and maintain a consistent and engaging online presence
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing
  • Track key performance metrics (leads, conversions, ROI)
  • Collaborate on marketing strategy with a focus on revenue-generating services
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and iteration

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing (medical practice or healthcare products)
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and conversion optimization
  • Experience creating and editing video content
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing hearing aids, audiology services, or similar healthcare products
  • Experience with paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Understanding of HIPAA considerations in marketing
  • Prior remote work experience
