A newly established consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing strategy for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands—primarily within the grocery sector—is seeking a reliable and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end administrative and executive support, helping streamline daily operations, manage schedules, and keep the business running smoothly as it grows.

Role Overview This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building structure from the ground up. You’ll assist the founder directly, ensuring meetings, documents and priorities are managed efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
● Monitor and organize email correspondence, flagging high-priority items.
● Create, manage, and organize files, forms, and shared documents in Google Drive.
● Prepare reports, internal documents, and follow-up summaries.
● Maintain and update project boards in Trello (task assignments, deadlines, progress tracking).
● Assist with data entry, client contact updates, and light CRM support.
● Support administrative tasks related to client communication, proposals, and deliverables.
● Help develop efficient systems and routines for a growing consultancy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
● Experience using Trello or similar project management tools.
● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
● Ability to fill out online forms, process simple documentation, and maintain records.
● Excellent written and verbal English communication.
● Proactive and self-motivated — able to anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead.

Nice-to-Have Skills
● Familiarity with sales operations or marketing coordination.
● Basic understanding of the CPG or retail industry.
● Experience supporting founders or executives in early-stage startups.
● Comfortable suggesting tools or process improvements to increase efficiency. Compensation
