● Follow onboarding processes and outreach strategies provided

- Someone reliable
- Communicative, and easy to work with
- Who can follow processes while maintaining a personable tone in outreach
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, or VA roles
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Working Style
- Fully remote
- Reporting directly to the business owner
- Messaging-based role (no phone interaction required)
