Content Creator – Training Support (Dual Role of Creator and Writer)
Job Overview
To design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials (presentations, e-learning modules, case studies, videos, manuals) that support the Training Manager in delivering impactful learning experiences for all levels in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Training Manager to convert learning objectives into training modules.
- Create visual and interactive content (PowerPoints, explainer videos, infographics).
- Develop case studies and role-play scripts based on Tanzanian telecom/retail scenarios.
- Localize global content to suit Tanzanian context (language, culture, market examples).
- Maintain a centralized content library for all levels (accessible online & offline).
- Update training materials quarterly based on new product launches, Airtel promotions and changes in sales processes
- Write clear, engaging copy for social media, websites, SMS, and ad campaigns.
- Create captions and storytelling content that connects with diverse audiences.
- Draft press releases, taglines, newsletters, and promotional material.
- Research trends in telecom and technology to generate relevant content ideas.
- Collaborate with the design team to align visuals with messaging

- Ensure mandatory use of call company applications for billing. Hr Portal. Attendance and all activities on daily basis.
