Job Overview


POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Mid/Senior QA Analyst with strong experience in software testing, ideally in complex or distributed systems.
You don’t need to be a telephony or SIP expert — what matters most is a solid QA background, structured testing approach, and a willingness to learn about voice platforms (UCaaS/CCaaS).


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for voice platform features.
  • Perform integration, regression, performance, and interoperability testing across distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to test planning, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.
  • Learn and apply telephony/voice testing practices (training and mentoring will be provided).


QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA (manual testing, test design, execution).
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, and defect reporting.
  • Experience testing complex platforms or distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, test case management systems, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work with Linux systems at a basic level for analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have (Plus):

  • Experience with test automation (frameworks or scripting).
  • Knowledge of telephony concepts (SIP, RTP, codecs, call flows, IVR, etc.).
  • Experience with voice testing tools (e.g., SIPp, SIP Front, PJSIP, Wireshark).
  • Experience in configuring or operating UCaaS/CCaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of Ansible for automation of environments.
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for testing or log parsing.
  • Familiarity with integration protocols for contact centers (REST APIs, Webhooks, etc.).
