Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements, providing market insights and guidance on candidate profiles, availability, and hiring strategy.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using a variety of channels (e.g., job boards, internal databases, talent networks, and market mapping) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, demonstrating strong research and sourcing capability across relevant talent markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on sourcing approach, sharing market feedback and adjusting strategies as needed to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and present qualified candidates aligned with role requirements, ensuring a consistent and objective evaluation process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support offer development in partnership with hiring managers, using market data and internal guidelines to inform recommendations.
