Job Overview

The Senior Talent Consultant provides strategic talent sourcing solutions to Cielo’s sourcing teams and hiring teams in client organizations. They collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to understand business objectives and hiring plans, and they design comprehensive talent attraction strategies. Their expertise lies in leveraging industry insights and best practices to create a competitive advantage in acquiring the right talent to support growth and success.

  • Work Location: Argentina 
  • Work Arrangement: Fully Remote - If candidate is based in Buenos Aires, they will be asked to go onsite 2 times per month
  • Specific requirements: Minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience supporting the US market. Mandatory experience sourcing and/or recruiting talent within the Marketing industry.
  • Language Required: Proficiency in English. Portuguese is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams to understand the client’s workforce needs and developing strategic talent attraction plans aligned with those business objectives.
  • Collaborates with recruiters and hiring leaders to oversee recruitment processes, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Promoting the employer brand to attract top talent, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice on the market.
  • Conducting in-depth market research to understand talent trends, industry benchmarks and best practices, providing valuable insight to recruiters, sourcers and hiring teams to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for critical and high-demand positions, ensuring a continuous supply of qualified talent.
  • Screening candidates via effective interview and selection methods, including competency-based questions and assessment tools.
  • Championing diversity and inclusion efforts by promoting inclusive hiring practices and ensuring diverse candidate slates.
  • Utilizing data analytics and sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent attraction strategies and make data-driven decisions for process improvement.
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors, as well as liaising with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth sourcing operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws, industry regulations and data privacy regulations throughout own and team recruitment processes.
  • Representing the client’s organization at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to expand the talent network and promote the employer brand.
  • Staying updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in talent attraction to continually enhance sourcing solutions.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and supporting the Delivery Lead with daily coaching and direction to the team they are a part of, including leading team huddles to ensure information is shared appropriately.
  • Acting as the first line of escalation to ensure appropriate levels of sourcing leadership are informed and involved in the solutioning.
  • Assisting the Delivery Lead in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement within the talent sourcing function and suggesting innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency.
