The Talent Management Business Partner (TMBP) is responsible for aligning People & Culture business objectives with talent strategy. The position serves as a consultant to leadership on talent management-related issues. The TMBP formulates partnerships across the HR function and organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.    

Must-haves: 

  • Work Location: This role can be based out of Mexico, Brazil, Argentina or Colombia. 
  • Work Setup: Remote based - all candidates must have the eligibility to live and work within the country they are based. 
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday - Day shift. This role will be supporting global partners so an element of flexibility will be required on occasions. 
  • Languages: Fluent English & Spanish - Portuguese also if Brazil based. 
  • Skills required: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, The ability to navigate change and support business transformation with Senior leaders, experience coaching, developing, and leading others to success working as a trusted advisor leading through influence. 

Responsibilities

  • Engage with business unit leaders to understand priorities and develop talent strategies aligned with HR and business objectives.
  • Design and implement change management and organizational development strategies to support business initiatives.
  • Provide strategic People & Culture support to management and employees, identifying opportunities where talent management adds value.
  • Champion employee needs and advise senior leadership on people-related business decisions and culture.
  • Effectively manage performance, employee relations, and complex workplace issues to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies across compensation, benefits, learning and development, and talent acquisition.
  • Guide organizational restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Lead, develop, and provide coaching to the People & Culture team while identifying training and executive coaching opportunities for the broader organization.
