College Aide (Junior-Senior)

Plant Operations is committed to supporting the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's focus on protecting and promoting the health of all New Yorkers by providing comprehensive building services. These services include multiple building trades responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the agency's owned and leased sites.

Position Summary:
Operations Lab Repairs and Maintenance Unit is seeking a College Aide to assist with office duties.
College Aide (Freshman-Sophomore)

THIS IS A COLLEGE AIDE - PART TIME POSITION - 25 HOURS/WEEK

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
Enter data into the Facility Service Request maintain.
Update and file records and documentation.
Verify data/documentation for accuracy.
Provide office support including typing, data entry, copying, faxing, filing, and emails, preparing correspondence.
Answer phone calls, relay messages to appropriate personnel.
Distribute inter-office mail.
Assist with various projects upon request.
Perform related duties as directed
