Microsoft Solutions Architect - AI & Biz Apps

Role Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft AI Business Applications Solution Architect to support presales and delivery of Microsoft-based AI solutions, primarily intended for workflow automation.  Presales will include delivery of AI envisioning workshops, designed to both educate clients and solicit use cases for process automation with Microsoft AI.  Delivery will include billable roles designing and implementing client solutions.   

Required Qualifications 

• 5 years minimum experience in business and technology consulting for a Microsoft alliance partner 
•  5 years minimum experience architecting solutions based on Microsoft Modern Work (SharePoint, Teams, M365 Copilot) and Microsoft Business Applications (Power Platform, Dynamics 365) 
• 2 years experience designing process automation solutions leveraging Microsoft’s Copilot Studio and/or AI Foundry 
• Strong familiarity with additional Microsoft AI platforms, including Fabric Data Agents, SharePoint Agents, and GitHub Copilot.  Able to give first-hand examples of uses for each 
• Experienced assisting clients to set up AI related centers of excellence to ensure adoption and governance of related platforms 
• Strong written and verbal communications 
• Comfortable and effective developing and leading workshops, demos, and training with virtual and physical client audiences   
• Relevant Microsoft certifications for Microsoft AI, Business Applications, Modern Work and Azure.
