Job Overview
- 4 - 6 years’ experience as an IT/Tech Business Analyst, preferably in real estate insurance projects.
- Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle systems: policy admin, underwriting, claims, renewals, billing.
- Knowledge of system integration (APIs, ETL, middleware) and data management (SQL, data mapping, BI tools).
- Familiarity with cloud-based insurance platforms
- Proficiency in BA tools: JIRA, MS Visio, MS Excel
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Act as the liaison between client stakeholders and engineering teams in cloud transformation programs.
- Support delivery through requirement traceability, UAT coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and database design.
