Job Overview
- Manage own portfolio in autonomy and ensure client engagement through high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of customers and brokers to prepare bespoke solutions, accurate pricing and quotations.
- Conduct negotiations, renewals, and amendments with brokers and clients.
- Identify sales opportunities to grow existing relationships (saturation)
- Oversee day-to-day account operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
- Organize price sheets, signed contract documents for seamless implementation of policies
- Build strong commercial relationships with brokers to ensure their consistent engagement
- Actively participate in and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives
