Accountant with French

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Accounting Operations

• Record technical accounting entries related to insurance activities.
• Enter technical supplier invoices and payments.
• Process claims paid to insured clients and related documentation.
• Monitor and transfer incoming cash flows to the auxiliary insurance accounting ledger—primarily bank transactions.

2. Account Analysis & Reconciliation

• Analyze suspense accounts on the balance sheet.
• Track and record recoveries collected.
• Monitor and reconcile clearing accounts related to credit insurance activities.
• Control the posting of technical flows into the general ledger.
• Provide monthly reporting to the Collections team regarding recovery flows.

3. Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Act as a liaison between Operations, Management teams, and support functions.
• Owner and continuous improvement of Standard operating procedures
• Participates in project work (e.g. lean & optimization topics).
