Your mission
As Head of Account Management, you will lead and elevate a team responsible for maximizing the value of our existing client portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer experience and business growth.
What you’ll do
- Lead & inspire a high-performing team
Coach, develop, and motivate Account Managers to drive excellence and continuous growth - Own client portfolio performance
Ensure top-level client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion - Drive commercial opportunities
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new product development opportunities based on data and market insights - Deliver actionable insights
Monitor KPIs across the Baltics, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans - Collaborate across functions
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence - Strengthen Coface’s market presence
Represent the company in the local business community and build strategic relationships - Manage key partnerships
Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries and partners - Report & influence
Prepare key reports and insights for regional and group-level leadership
