The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Procurement – Procurement & Purchasing Operations to join our Value team. This is a key senior leadership role, responsible for defining and implementing governance, systems, risk, and sustainability frameworks within Procurement and Supply Chain, ensuring Crown Resorts has a fit-for-purpose, efficient, and standardised approach to supplier engagement across all business lines.

You will lead the Purchasing Operations team, providing tactical purchasing support across the organisation. This role also oversees third-party risk management processes, ensuring compliance and mitigating contractual, financial, and reputational risks.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing best-practice procurement policies, frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Leading Purchasing Operations across three properties, driving operational efficiencies and supplier consolidation.
  • Establishing dashboards and benchmarks to monitor procurement performance and compliance.
  • Managing systems that support procurement and contract management functions.
  • Driving cultural change and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Leading third-party risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partnering with Category Managers to support execution and compliance of category strategies.
  • Coordinating annual audits and implementing recommendations.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimise procurement outcomes.

About You

You are a strategic and operational procurement leader with deep expertise in governance, systems, and risk management. You thrive in complex environments and bring a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to driving efficiency and compliance.

You will also bring:

  • Extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, including leading Procurement Operations teams.
  • Proven success in delivering new systems, processes, and transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving cultural change and team engagement.
  • Experience managing multi-site teams and large-scale purchasing operations.
  • Expertise in governance, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Finance.
  • Experience in hospitality or FMCG environments (highly desirable).
