The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join the Budapest-based high-volume recruitment team. This is an urgent hire, and we are seeking someone who can onboard quickly and add immediate value.
The ideal candidate will bring strong end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally gained within an RPO or in-house environment, along with proven exposure to hiring within Financial Crime (FinCrime) functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment across high-volume hiring projects
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring strategy
Source, attract, and assess high-calibre talent within the FinCrime space
Deliver an efficient, data-driven, and high-quality hiring process
Manage stakeholder communication and recruitment reporting
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Talent Partner within an RPO or in-house setting
Strong background in high-volume recruitment
Proven experience recruiting within Financial Crime (FinCrime), Compliance, Risk, or related disciplines
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skill
