Our client is growing rapidly and looking for a collaborative, strategic SRM Manager to shape how supplier performance, risk, and value are governed across the organisation. You’ll report to the Head of Procurement and work across global teams to ensure third-party relationships deliver excellence, compliance, and measurable value.

The Role
As SRM Manager, you’ll design, build, and implement an SRM framework that drives efficiency, service excellence, and compliance across the organisation. You’ll manage key supplier relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure that vendor performance meets the highest standards.
You’ll also play a key role in establishing sustainable processes for vendor governance, performance reporting, and risk management.
Key responsibilities include:
Define and implement SRM policies, processes, and tools to strengthen third-party governance
Develop and monitor supplier KPIs at both contract and vendor level to ensure quality and performance
Drive continuous improvement across supplier management practices and internal processes
Partner with senior leaders to embed SRM best practice and promote supplier accountability across the business
Deliver vendor and stakeholder training to promote awareness and adoption of SRM principles
Collaborate with procurement and commercial colleagues on sourcing strategies, contracting, and negotiation
Support the digitalisation of SRM processes, from risk and governance tracking to data analytics and reporting
Produce regular performance dashboards and insights for leadership teams to support decision-making
Enhance visibility of supplier spend, risk, and performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and value creation
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in vendor or supplier management, ideally within a regulated industry
Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier governance, and contract performance management
Proven success managing outsourced partners and key categories such as IT or marketing suppliers
Excellent commercial judgement and negotiation ability
Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
Collaborative, pragmatic, and driven by continuous improvement and innovation
