Job Overview

1. Leadership

  • Outcome-Driven Accountability: Embrace and drive a culture of accountability for customer and business outcomes. Develop solutions that solve complex business problems with valuable outcomes, ensuring high-quality, lean designs and implementations.
  • Technical Leadership and Advocacy: Serve as the technical advocate for Salesforce solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, feasibility, and alignment with business and customer goals. Responsible for solution architecture blueprints, high-level architecture designs, and integration architecture into the technical landscape and technology stack.
  • Effective Communication and Influence: Exhibit exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly. Inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels through well-structured arguments and trade-offs supported by evidence, evaluations, and research
  • Practice growth: Support go to market and pre-sales activities by crafting compelling proposals and solution designs tailored to client needs. Lead the design and delivery of targeted Proof of Concepts, Salesforce Demos to showcase the value of Salesforce.

 

2. Salesforce Solution Design and Architecture

  • Multi-cloud Architecture: Define and implement Salesforce architecture strategies, incorporating multi-cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) leveraging latest platform capabilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide technical guidance on best practices, security, and governance of Salesforce implementations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and IntegrationWork collaboratively with empowered, cross-functional teams. Integrate diverse perspectives to make well-informed decisions that balance feasibility, viability, usability, and value. Foster a collaborative environment that enhances team synergy and innovation.
  • Data architecture: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems through robust data modelling, data mapping and integration strategies.
  • Transformative Salesforce Roadmap: provide thought leadership into salesforce transformation roadmaps, guiding client through their digital transformation journey and balancing business objectives with executable implementations.

 

3. Team Collaboration and Mentorship

  • Mentor and coach junior architects and developers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Actively Grow a team of experts in implementing impactful Salesforce solutions, driving knowledge sharing in the team.
