As the Infrastructure & Capital Projects Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high‑impact infrastructure advisory engagements, managing day‑to‑day client delivery, supporting engagement leadership, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
- Support senior team members in the delivery of infrastructure and capital projects engagements, ensuring agreed deliverables are met
- Manage implementation of project outputs and track performance against service level agreements
- Identify and escalate delivery risks, issues, or dependencies in a timely manner
- Prepare high‑quality client proposals, presentations, and technical outputs
- Support planning and participation in sales presentations and client negotiations
- Collaborate across Deloitte service lines to identify opportunities for cross‑functional solutions and cross‑selling
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance client outcomes and service offerings
- Demonstrate industry focus across one or more infrastructure sectors (e.g. transport, energy, water, social infrastructure)
- Support Deloitte quality, risk, and compliance processes, including client onboarding
Engagement Leadership
- Manage day‑to‑day workstreams on engagements
- Proactively identify client service, technical, or commercial issues and drive resolution
- Maintain regular engagement with clients to understand needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver value
- Communicate changes to engagement scope, timelines, or resourcing to senior stakeholders
- Provide clear and consistent updates to engagement teams on progress and milestones
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and external stakeholders
