Job Overview

As the Infrastructure & Capital Projects Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high‑impact infrastructure advisory engagements, managing day‑to‑day client delivery, supporting engagement leadership, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

  • Support senior team members in the delivery of infrastructure and capital projects engagements, ensuring agreed deliverables are met
  • Manage implementation of project outputs and track performance against service level agreements
  • Identify and escalate delivery risks, issues, or dependencies in a timely manner
  • Prepare high‑quality client proposals, presentations, and technical outputs
  • Support planning and participation in sales presentations and client negotiations
  • Collaborate across Deloitte service lines to identify opportunities for cross‑functional solutions and cross‑selling
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance client outcomes and service offerings
  • Demonstrate industry focus across one or more infrastructure sectors (e.g. transport, energy, water, social infrastructure)
  • Support Deloitte quality, risk, and compliance processes, including client onboarding

Engagement Leadership

  • Manage day‑to‑day workstreams on engagements
  • Proactively identify client service, technical, or commercial issues and drive resolution
  • Maintain regular engagement with clients to understand needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver value
  • Communicate changes to engagement scope, timelines, or resourcing to senior stakeholders
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to engagement teams on progress and milestones
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and external stakeholders
