Duration: Minimum 6 months

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00, daily

•    HR or Industrial Psychology

Main Purpose of Role 
Is to learn and be a support resource to your team members in service delivery for a fixed term duration.

Key Performance Areas:

Delivery 

  • Under guidance, supports the Human Capital team in delivery of services to external clients  
  • Uses information through research, documentation, standard processes to provide output on deliverables
  • Assists in preparation of presentations / documentation
  • Raises ideas to address issues in area of expertise that may enhance / renew service offerings 
  • Communicates regularly with supervisor and team members on status of own deliverables 
  • Responds with urgency and accountability to client and team requests

Quality & Risk Management

  • Completion of all required e-learnings and internship learnings
  • Understands the context and impact of own role within engagement and conduct work accordingly 
  • Immediately informs supervisor of emerging issues
  • Remains aware of risks in alignment with Deloitte policies  
  • Consistently reviews and analyses accuracy and quality of own deliverables 
  • Maintains clear communication channels with engagement team members on work status
