Consulting - Strategy - Strategy and Business Design - Manager

To support Senior Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project related to the digital workforce engagement solutions.  To promote our leadership capabilities which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

• Strategic Impact: Supports the Senior Manager on delivery of designated engagement / project, managing the implementation of the agreed deliverables
• Budgets / Profitability: Manages engagement budget through accurate budgeting,  cost control and profitability management
• Development/Growth of Team: Shares expertise and knowledge with team members and counselees on an ongoing basis

As a Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored strategic solutions.
• Support Senior Managers in the delivery of services at client premises, whilst acting as Engagement Manager for delegated projects.
• Develop high-performing people and teams through meaningful opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Foster collaboration across businesses and borders, living Deloitte’s purpose and values.
