The impact you’ll make:

As a Junior Business Analyst you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from the initiation through to completion. To be successful in this role you will need to develop a strong understanding of the different business units and build strong relationships with key stakeholders as well as being able to prioritise and support others to meet deadlines.

Your typical day will include:

  • Oversee the project delivery process (PDP) from initiation through to closure.
  • Work closely with the business to gather requirements and create user stories, story maps and process flows for projects using various project methodologies.
  • Solution Design Support: Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Testing and Validation: Assist in user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet requirements.
  • Produce documentation and deliverables including compliance requirements.
  • Keep application owners and users appropriately informed of all changes.
  • Identify and execute change management processes (including the facilitation of any business readiness activities relating to projects).
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and at an expected level of quality.
