The impact you'll make:
As a Learning and Development Advisor, you’ll provide essential coordination and administrative support to ensure learning runs smoothly. You will:
- Coordinate end‑to‑end learning delivery for in-person in‑person and virtual programmes, including scheduling, learner communications, enrolment management and attendance tracking.
- Generate and analyse reports to support compliance and progress tracking
- Maintain and update Learning Management Systems, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
- Provide first‑line support for L&D queries.
- Build effective working relationships with local, regional, and global stakeholders
- Support the preparation and upkeep of learning materials and presentations.
