Salesforce Functional Senior Consultant/ Manager

The impact you’ll make: 

As a Salesforce Functional Lead you will join our team in Wellington to help make an impact that matters with our clients and community. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations. You will be expected to; 

• Lead large-scale Salesforce implementations, using your expert knowledge of service, sales and marketing to help design and implement innovative digital solutions that meet or exceed our client’s expectations.
• Build an understanding of our customer’s existing solutions and define the strategic direction and development of their future roadmap. 
• Gather and analyse requirements, leading workshops, configure, customise, test and deploy customised solutions utilising on and offshore colleagues to deliver exceptional value to customers.
• Be an influential point of contact for client and teams to ensure the right outcomes, realise new opportunities, manage stakeholder expectations and change management tasks.
• Using your excellent facilitation skills, lead discovery workshops and training sessions with stakeholders and users.
• Provide post go live support enhancement and maintenance.
