Business Support Lead

What will your typical day look like?
As a Business Support Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating core business activities across the portfolio while supporting Portfolio Leads with both day-to-day priorities and longer-term planning. You will:
- Support Portfolio Leads with day-to-day operations, key priorities, and preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for leadership meetings.
- Assist with annual business planning and track progress against key initiatives.
- Manage billing activities, including tracking WIP reports, resolving issues, and ensuring financial processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Produce regular performance reporting and analyse data to highlight trends and insights that support informed decision-making.
- Organise and facilitate monthly performance meetings and key forums, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Plan and deliver team and portfolio events, including venue coordination, logistics, and stakeholder communication.
- Support internal communications and team engagement activities across the portfolios.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, proactively suggesting ideas and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
