Public Sector Transformation Analyst / Consultant

What will your typical day look like? 

You will be working directly with clients across a wide range of public sector organisations to support transformation and operational improvement initiatives. You will work closely with experienced consultants, managers and partners who will provide guidance, coaching and development opportunities as you build your consulting and delivery skills. 

Day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the project, but you will play an active role in understanding client challenges, conducting analysis, developing recommendations and supporting the delivery of transformation initiatives. Working across multidisciplinary teams spanning business, technology, data, AI and change, you will help clients move from strategy through to implementation: 

• Support the design of future operating models, transformation initiatives and implementation roadmaps that help organisations achieve their strategic objectives. 
• Conduct analysis to identify improvement opportunities, define key problems and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations. 
• Contribute to the development of business cases, investment proposals, project plans and presentation materials to support client decision-making. 
• Analyse and redesign business processes and service delivery models, helping improve organisational performance, productivity and customer outcomes. 
• Support programme and project mobilisation and delivery activities, including planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and benefits tracking. 
• Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to translate operational requirements into practical solutions. 
• Assist in the preparation of workshops, meetings and executive briefings, presenting insights and recommendations to a range of stakeholders. 
• Explore how digital, data and AI-enabled solutions can improve service delivery, organisational performance and operational effectiveness.
