As a Sr. Manager, Engineering, you will be leading one or more teams working on diverse projects across multiple regions of the globe. The work will involve a large range of technologies on different types of projects from transformational to customer facing. You will be working in a dynamic environment which is fast paced and requires the ability to react quickly and solve many different types of challenges.

The Role:
As a Sr. Manager, Engineering, you will be leading one or more teams working on diverse projects across multiple regions of the globe. Responsibilities:
- Lead software development team(s)
- Engage with stakeholders on a regular basis
- Represent the team at cross-team meetings and initiatives
- Work with other development teams, SMEs and technical leaders to solve challenging problems/designs
- Help improve how the development teams do their work
- Communicate directly with senior leaders and non-technical staff when needed
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in software development leadership roles
- Strong Web Service & APIs knowledge and skills using Spring, Spring Boot
- Excellent core Java and particularly server-side Java
- Strong working experience with various database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch)
- Must be able to document, present and articulate designs and technical decisions in front of teams and ideally business stakeholders
- Proven technical, problem solving ability
- BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field
- Knowledge of developing solutions using GCP & AWS services
