Job Overview

As a HR Business Partner, you will be the main People point of contact for a group of Go-To-Market teams, working closely with managers and employees on day-to-day people topics.

You will have full ownership of your assigned teams, with the support and guidance of a Senior HRBP, combining execution with growing exposure to business-driven HR decisions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow from a hands-on HR role into a strong HRBP profile.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Act as the People Partner for team leaders and managers within your scope, supporting day-to-day topics such as team organization, performance conversations, learning needs and employee development.

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for your teams, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.

  • Support performance reviews, promotions and internal movements by preparing data, analysis and proposals, in close collaboration with a Senior HRBP.

  • Be the first point of contact for employees, resolving HR-related questions and guiding them through people processes and policies.

  • Use people data and dashboards to analyze trends, identify risks and provide insights to managers, helping them make better people decisions.

  • Participate in People Experience initiatives and projects, increasing your autonomy and impact over time with the support of a Senior HRBP.
