Job Overview
- Collects and Reviews documentation of customer participation in Program activities for compliance with Program requirements and assigned hours of participation
- Ensures that documentation of participation in Program activities is in the data tracking system at least weekly for all customers
- Data enters hours of participation and activities in which customers are participating
- Works collaboratively with Program staff to ensure customers are assigned to and participating in activities at all times
- Contacts assigned Program staff for worksites and Program partner agencies, as applicable, to collect documentation when missing
- May conduct community outreach to collect documentation of participation from customers and/or partners
- Prepares reports related to areas of responsibility
